Our event challenges different company teams to devise a plan and execute giving away 7 envelopes with a varying amount of money in them to strangers. The goal is to give them all away and see which team can convince strangers to be kind to pay it forward. The trick is that the first person is offered either 1 envelope or the opportunity to add another envelope to the stack and pay it forward to the next person. We believe that the real winner of this team-building event is kindness itself, and the positive impact it has on the world. However, we do like to recognize the winning team and their strengths. Will it be the sales team with their quick thinking and persuasive tactics? Or the engineers with their strategic planning? Perhaps the executives will shine with their leadership skills, or HR with their interpersonal abilities. No matter who wins, we all win by spreading kindness and making a difference in people's lives.
